To make an exchange, follow these steps:

Contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at +5491162684856 to coordinate the exchange/return. You have 10 days to contact us from the day you receive your purchase.

To exchange or return your product, we need to verify that it is unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of USED or DAMAGED products.

All products are inspected before being shipped; we ensure they are in perfect condition. However, if the product has a factory defect, contact us. Shipping costs for factory defects are covered by MIO.

The shipping cost for exchanges or returns, whether for size or model, is the responsibility of the customer. Returns are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive a transfer. If you paid by card, the amount will be credited as a balance on your card.

Products from previous season clearance and the OUTLET SALE section are only eligible for exchange for size (if available).

As our production is artisanal and in limited editions, we may not be able to exchange it for the same item, but we will ensure you are satisfied. Exchanges and returns are a consumer right, and since exchanging an online product takes time and incurs a cost for the customer, we will contact you before shipping your purchase to confirm the size and avoid the need for an exchange.
